Your team, an in-house marketer, a contractor, or the cofounder, owns execution. That's the only way the discipline outlasts the engagement. If the work depends on me to keep moving, you've bought a dependency. You're here to buy a system.

What I don't do

The clarity that comes from a defined scope.

  • No campaign execution. No agency ops, no creative production, no media buying. Your team owns running the work.
  • No tool setup or configuration. I specify what stack you need; your team builds it.
  • No paid-ads management. Specific specialism, better delivered by a specialist agency or in-house operator.
  • No white-labelled team. I lead each engagement myself. There is no junior agency staff behind the work.
