Who we are

MCR.AE is the trading name of The Clarity Practice Pte. Ltd. (Reg. 202344810G), a private limited company incorporated in Singapore. For the purposes of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), The Clarity Practice Pte. Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

Through the contact form, we collect: your name, email, company, optional phone number, your stated engagement preference, and the free-text content of your message. We do not collect special categories of data and we do not ask for them.

Through analytics (Google Analytics 4), we collect anonymised page-view data and standard browser metadata. We do not load any third-party trackers beyond GA4.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Why we collect it

Your enquiry data is used to reply to you and, if relevant, to schedule a discovery call. Analytics is used to understand which pages are read so the site can be improved. That's all.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default for our configuration). If you become a paying client, your contact information is retained as long as the engagement requires, plus seven years after the final invoice, required for accounting and tax purposes under Singapore law.

Your rights under PDPA

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; withdraw consent for further processing; ask for deletion where consent is the legal basis. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data request" and the action you want.

We respond to data requests within 30 days. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore at pdpc.gov.sg.

Sub-processors and where data lives

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare D1 is the system of record for contact-form submissions. Inbound email to [email protected] is delivered via Google Workspace. Transactional confirmation emails sent in response to a contact-form submission are delivered via Resend. Bot-protection on the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. A future phase of this site will introduce email-marketing sequences (Flodesk); that addition will be reflected in this policy when it goes live.

Cookies

The site uses minimal cookies for analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. If you prefer not to be tracked at all, your browser's "Do Not Track" or built-in privacy settings will be respected where supported.

Changes to this policy

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. The version history of this site is public on GitHub for transparency.
