Engagements are governed by the MSA
If you proceed past a discovery call into a paid engagement, the relationship is governed by a Master Services Agreement signed by both parties. The MSA names the scope, fees, deliverables, IP, confidentiality, exclusivity, and exit terms. Where this website and the MSA differ, the MSA wins.
