You raised on a deck. A deck answers investor questions, not product questions. The questions that matter, why you exist, who you’re really for, usually get postponed. Then six months go by.
Vision and ICP aren’t two topics. They’re one problem in sequence. Why you exist reveals who you’re for. Being forced to name a specific customer stress-tests whether the why is genuine. The day is built around that thread.

Format
Four hours. Two facilitators. One thread.
- Teams of 2–6 founders. Smaller is better, the day depends on the cofounder set being honest with each other.
- Stage: Seed to Series A. Funded. Product live or close to it. Pre-Discovery.
- AI-integrated, not AI-led. Live Claude exercises pressure-test your thinking. The judgement is human.
